Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on food items unless the products are damaged, faulty, or incorrect upon delivery.

Reporting Issues

Any issues with your order must be reported within 6 hours of delivery.

Photographic evidence may be required before a refund, replacement, or store credit is approved.

Refunds May Be Considered For

  • Damaged items
  • Incorrect items
  • Missing products
  • Delivery issues affecting product quality

Refunds and replacements are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Refund requests submitted outside the reporting window, or without supporting evidence, may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
